Design Bio: Large open planed space with abundant bench space for Family entertaining. Flooding rooms with natural light was important as well as the sound separation from upstairs to down.
Construction Bio: Large amount of structural elements used to give open plan living. Hydronic in slab heating giving a gentle supply of heat.
